Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InstaAuto ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. InstaAuto is an Instagram automation platform that uses Meta's official Graph API to send automated direct messages triggered by Instagram comment keywords.

2. Description of Service

InstaAuto provides Instagram Business account owners the ability to:

• Set keyword triggers on Instagram posts and reels
• Automatically send Direct Messages (DMs) to users who comment those keywords
• Manage and monitor automation rules via a dashboard
• View analytics on DM delivery and engagement

The Service uses Meta's official Instagram Graph API and requires you to connect a Facebook Page linked to your Instagram Business account. We use the following Meta permissions solely to enable our core features: instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_manage_messages, pages_show_list, and pages_read_engagement.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You must own or have admin access to the Instagram Business account you connect
• Your Instagram account must be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page
• You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Community Guidelines

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use InstaAuto only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Send spam, unsolicited, or abusive messages through the Service
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Violate Instagram's or Meta's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Use the Service to send content that is illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or other technical restrictions

5. Meta / Instagram API Compliance

InstaAuto operates as a Meta-approved application and complies with Meta's Platform Terms. We use Meta's official APIs and only request permissions necessary for the core automation features described in Section 2. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service through your Instagram account complies with Meta's policies, including Instagram's messaging policies.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using InstaAuto, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. We will endeavor to notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaAuto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
